New commission prices.Rules:
-> For the commission, the payment will be in advance. After payment you will be given a sketch (this can take up to 3 days), where you can make all the changes you want, when the changes are ready then the commission will continue until finished (maximum time of 5 days). At the end you will be able to make up to 3 major changes and then the commission will be finished.
-> No Refunds.
