Well I couldn't go to bed without coloring my newest Colossus. I had some ideas going through my head, and wanted to apply it while it was still fresh. I did some new, yet mild techniques in the coloring. I hope ya'll digs!Art: Sean "Cheeks" Galloway

hey, mike! thank you! man, long time no hear. how did you get off of my dev watch? work is going well. i am the current cover artist for Teen Titans Go, and my first cover hit the shelves last wednesday. it's issue # 16.
in december i drew and colored a 4 page backstory in wildguard: firepower. it's a oneshot publihed through image comics.

yeah for real, it has been a while. I guess we've both been pretty busy..and well, i'm kind of a lazy deviant art person. haha.
thats so cool that you're doing covers, does it pay well? I've always wanted to be a cover artist.

Bah, I can't help but feel i'm betraying my roots in saying that my portfolio doesn't need the aid of the giant rubber band just yet. Sigh. 
This came out fantastic, Sean. I love the gradiants! I just don't see that very often... as the flats... or base colors... whatever you call them. It looks really well done and simple. Simple is good. The movement of the morph is nicely done as well! It doesn't look cheesy. Great job on the whole piece, hon.

quick comment (rare) The shadows I guess your doing for his ribs. They kinda look like a third and fourth nipples. But it's probably me. Still, a freaking awesome pic.
