Ahahahaha, if his doctor's Edna he'll undoubtebly get better, but it's gonna hurt. A lot. Alternatively, if it's just a checkup that's pretty friggin' thorough.
Love the composition, especially the idea that, at least from my POV, what's happening to Mr. Incredible isn't necessarily sinister, just very uncomfortable - a parody of a stock comic book cover trope (the hero is restrained and completely helpless!!!).
One thing (one other thing, if I completely misinterpreted the art), it looks a bit pale for "The Incredibles", but that's your style and probably my monitor's fault anyway.

Totally agree with the tight layout, its a sweet composition. You have a nice amount of detail going on here as well. I like it a lot. Usually your backgrounds are a bit more sparse, sometime a little too sparse. But you nailed it here man. Love it!
