Eeep, I'm actually feeling quite giddy, that awesome feeling of accomplishment xDI've been envisioning this for a really long time, so now I've finally gathered the time and courage to do it!
And not only did I do the simple eye-blink, but also the pan-tilt
*squeals girlishly*Oh and any critique and/or advice is welcome ^^

I currently use Paint Tool Sai for drawing the frames, then I open the file in Photoshop CS2 to put them together and create a .gif

I think gimp [which is free] can do animation, if you wanted to try that c:

If you type in 'gimp2.8' in a google search, you should find a place to download it pretty easy c: It's like photoshop, except a little different. I used it for quite a while before I got sai.
