If the Power Rangers have Lord Drakkon, MASK(ed) Riders have the Omega Rider Blood. Omega Blood the fusion of Kamen Rider Omega and Kamen Rider Bujin Gaim.
Alternate Universe of Shen Shu as Mask Rider Shaolin Samurai After Rider war, he got infected and become Amazon Rider Omega. He went corrupted through dark experience and lose his sanity. He merge the power of both rider with his new fruit lock, Blood Orange lock. He made a new Amazon phaser that will consume other phasers, rider morphs, that will make him stronger and evolve.
He got Lord Drakkon lock from Power Rangers and the Morphin Grid. As long as he wear Lord Drakkon arm, he can use weapons and powers from Tommy's rangers.

Long story short, he is corrupted and is hungry for power. Like Lord Drakkon, he can evolve each rider power, including Kamen Rider Gill, he devours with his belt. He will recruit dark riders to his army for war against MASK Rider defenders including Dex the RX, (main)Shu the Shaolin Samurai/Zero, Drake the Deca, and Nils the Virtual Rider Arcade.
