The different between RC and Rocky Chan as Mask Rider is Rocky can summon the weapons while RC turn everything he holds into his own weapons like Kamen Rider Kuuga. Rocky Chan's form limit is the (Kuuga's)Ultimate while RC reach up to (Kuuga's)Super Rising Ultimate form.

RC's Rider is mixed between SIC Kuuga and Kuuga 2015 manga.
