Description
There was a contest to design a logo for the Ultimate Command Challenge. The rule was it had to only have four colours, and must be easily reproduced. I submitted an uncoloured line-art piece on an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper, with a note saying that if it was chosen I would redo a more detailed, coloured piece depending on the size they wanted to reproduce it at.

About two weeks later I heard it was one of the top candidates for the win.

The next thing I know, I see my "rough draft" has been selected, and proudly displayed on the scoreboard.

I must say, I like their colour selection, though I'm fairly suspicious it's more than four ^_^
