Hello! this is the new free to use base I was talking about, I wanted to put it up b/c I don't use it anymore but maybe someone could find this useful c: please read on for a few simple rules before using!
Rules:

- ONLY use it for Adopts ( point / money ), Personal reference or Custom adopt commissions! You are NOT allowed to offer chibi / pagedoll commissions on this base!
