So I made a litte something, since lately I started drawing eyes a bit differently and I thought I could share this with you (:You can add any kind of color and sparkle to the eyes as you wish. This is more of a basic how to ^^
I hope it helps!
This was done in Paint tool SAI 2, the airbrush is the standard one.
