Another base I made for you my sweethearts... yes I'm probably going to use it too xD...This base inlcudes the outlining with transparent background. It's a .PSD file. Big enough for you to work detailed. <- his moves just fit my song xD...

Excuse me, I have a question. It says we can use it to sell adopts/designs for money or points, but then it also says no commercial use so I'm confused. You're basically saying we can and can't use to make money. Could you explain what you mean?
