I drew this beach background a long time ago but hadn't decided what to implement it with.When in doubt...dinosaur.
As a matter of fact, I've decided to make a full-fledged character out of him. His name is Seymour, and he is Chi-Chi's pet t-rex.

Even the king of the dinosaurs needs a bit of R'n'R every now and then.
