Rashmi has a new nose, now she no longer has pretty much the same nose as Victoria. She also has a nose piercing now. Too be honest I still kinda have to get used to Rashmi's new nose.

Special abilities:
She became locally famous for being able to predict when, where, how long and how sever it’s going to rain. She also has some very minor water manipulation abilities, just enough to let for example the water coming out of a glass.

Backstory:
While Rashmi was born in India, her parents and siblings moved to England soon after she was born, while she grew up in England she has visited India quiet often though.

Rashmi’s life used to be quite dull, except for being able to predict the weather which her mother and neighbours eagerly use her life is quite normal. She has an older brother and sister, her brother is already married, her sister is engaged. Rashmi often got compared to her brother and sister, and was expected to live up to how well they are doing, this has caused Rashmi to become rebellious, resulting in her cutting and dying her hair.

About a year ago, her school entered a had a program which encourage teenager from all over the world becoming pen pals in order to learn more about different culture and to writing and grammar. This way Rashmi got to know a n American girl named Nourbese Charles. After exchanging letters with Nourbese for about 6 months, Rashmi received a strange letter, it didn’t say who it was from and it contained a waterdrop shaped pendant. She at first had assumed that the letter came from Nourbese and that the Waterdrop-pendant hat perhaps been a gift. Rashmi was surprised to find out in their next letter exchange that not only the letter and pendant didn’t come from Nourbese but that Nourbese had received a same sort letter with a cloud shaped pendant.

Being convinced this pendant meant that exciting things would finally start happening Rashmi got more and more exciting at each letter, until one day she received the kind letter she had been hoping for, a letter containing an invitation to a place called “Silver Millennium Village” however she wasn’t sure yet when to leave, until that decision was made for her.

Personality:
She’s an energetic girl, she loves almost anything new… meeting new people, trying new things, etc. While she (almost) always means well she has been known to get on toes though, since in her enthusiasm she sometimes forget to consider the feelings/opinions of other people involved, unless stated very clearly… otherwise she usually assumes everyone is having fun.
In her opinion having a good sense of humour is also very important and she gets slightly irritated at very serious people (aka Victoria ). When she gets irritated she can also get kinda sarcastic.
While she’s most of the time all fun and games, she’s also a very protective friend, who will take a stand when she feels her friends need to be defended.

Henshin Phrase: Liquid Water-power Make Up!
Henshin Description: Her clothes disappear and the shape of her clothing forms out of water, a bright flash from the gem that has appeared on her forehead and the water splashes away revealing her uniform.

Weapon and Description: The Water Staff, a staff that’s a little longer than her which also has a very sharp point, so spear might actually be a more accurate description.
Attack Names and Descriptions: “Spiralem Aqua” ( means “Water Spiral” in Latin ) Sailor Aqua says/shouts “Spiralem” while pointing her staff in the air, a water vortex will form around her then she’ll point her staff at the target and shout “Aqua” the spiralling water will shoot at the target and is very likely to knock someone over or even out.

Guardian Name and Description: She has none of her own officially but Victoria/SilverSnow’s guardian Lux guards the rest of the team a bit now too.

Other Information:
Rashmi doesn’t really get along with Victoria, the too tend to get in arguments quite a bit.

Rashmi is very excitied to finally hang around with Nourbese in person, although she is a little bit disappointed in how calm and almost dull Nourbese is.

As you can see, I gave my Sailor Aqua quite a make-over. Or honestly it actually more feels like she’s a completely different character.

Masumi just somehow never felt right. When I make a character that feels right, she will start to live… I won’t have to ponder about what she would do or say in a situation, it will be as if she acts on her own and I only have to write it down.

Victoria does this very strongly, Nourbese is starting to live too, but Masumi wasn’t really.

So I decided to redo her.

I’m much happier with Rashmi then I was with Masumi, and I really hope you;ll like her.

I’m also sorry if this late change/redesign is kinda confusing withing SMVillage.
But let’s just put it like this:

In-story Masumi Tanaka has never excisted, Sailor Aqua has always been Rashmi Patel, who arrived together with Victoria/SilverSnow and Nourbese/Vapor.
