I have to agree with Ennormir, a neutral background and less shaking would improve this if you want to try again. you don't need a tripod, just a few tries with a steady hand. Also make sure that when you auto-focus with your camera, the crosshair/center of the image is on the flower or hand - once u focussed u can move again to get the right frame.

nice concept! this pic is really imaginative! you could make it even better if you turned the view a little left or right so that the lines on the house aren't flat with the view. It would give it more depth. Your flower is in just the right spot! nice use of thirds in your composition! One other thing, it's a little fuzzy. You might've moved during the shutter release. Try using a tripod to clear things up. Can't wait to see more!

I think the hand's position could have been better
but its really cute and original, very nice
