Here I am just your friendly, average intersexual trying to make something nice for all sexual orientations, so I look up the "Straight Pride Flag" and there ISN'T ONE so I find this... and people think it's homophobic just because this EXISTS?
At this rate we're never gonna reach total equality!
All sexual orientations should have their own colors or flag. Christ be WIMPLED, I just want to ask if these are the official colors... >_o;; I'm just curious. I thought it was nice.

Why do so many people who see these things assume it's homophobic or anti-gay or something? I don't consider the gay pride things to be anti straight.
I think people should be proud no matter what. (And I am all for gay pride, and straight pride. We can all be proud of ourselves and still get along, ne?)
It's kinda like how if I said I was proud to be white people would assume I'm racist, which I'm not.
Although, I would prolly word it differently, like... I'm proud of my pale-skinned European heritage? or something... ^^'

I don't think theres anything wrong with this at all, she isn't saying she's against gays or anything, its like being proud to be British or American, us brits weren't opressed, you still see England flags everywhere and no-one has a problem with it. This is hardly any different. I like it

see the whole thing about gay pride was that everyone is always like, "FAGS ARE DEMONIC BEINGS!" and by saying they take pride in being gay they basically are slapping those people in the face who insult them by saying they don't care what they say.

I know we're all intitled to our own cyncism, but the whole idea of "gay pride" is that they've had to deal with discrimination and hatred based on sexual preference. Needless to say, straight people have never had to endure that, so there's no need to have confidence-boosting symbols or slogans.
