I had a similar problem. What worked for me is choosing one project that I absolutely want to see the completion of. Not just "I want to see that done" but "I need to see this done". Then I work on it piece by piece until completion and when I get overworked I do a little quick something like Issa Dansen just to shake the mind muscles. I typically loosely plan which parts I am going to work on first all the way to finish but you have life stuff to do so I always keep that open so I am not disappointed if I'm "off" schedule.

Yeah, I usually find it's nice to work on multiple projects at once so I can change it up as opposed to working tediously but I end up losing interest in a lot of my projects. Good mindset to follow that I gotta get myself into though. Thanks for the insight!

Well with that setup I would just make a contest of which project holds your interest to the end. If you lose interest in others they probably weren't as strong ideas as you thought.
