Blaah... This week has been one kind on tornado. It's hard to be a student, a violist and an artist at the same time. I'm sure you know what I mean.I'm learning to draw faster than my art gets done. I mean, I find many mistakes in my linearts after coloring and so on... I'm sorry, I'm tired. -U-
This is not meant to be a 'yummy pose omnom', It's meant to be criticism...
It's sad that some people learn to play instruments and sing and they never become anything, and SOME >WOMEN< need to just learn how to strip and they become huge pop stars... I hope you got my point.

you drawing is really nice but there is still something that don't work pretty well...at first i was like: hm...maiby the body is too long, but it's not, your body is ok (; after looking it longer, i found what was the problem, the legs at a bit too short :/ i do the same mistake often...if it's not too long, it's too short lol xD it is really easy to adjust on photoshop or sai C:
but i love the color and the background 8D this character looks really nice C: you draw him pretty well and it's beautiful. only some proportions mistakes (;

You're right. I noticed the same thing, but after taking closer look i realized that the belt - wich is hanging (way) too low- creates an illusion and it makes his legs look shorter. ...But I'm not sure. What do you think? o_O

yeah maybe, but in fact, the legs are definitly too short. but as i said, not a big mistake because it is really easy to adjust if you select it and use transform. but i know that, when something is finished like this, we don't want to continue it xD
a little thing you can do is, when you finished your lineart, look for the proportion of the character C:

You're right. I always try to do it, but i notice some mistakes usually after coloring even if I measured everything while sketching.... )8 It happens almost every time. Ever had the same problem? D8

always have the same problem xD haha, at first my sketch is all pretty and stuff, and when i color it i'm like: FCKING HELL WHAT I JUST DIIIID D8!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i throw it in the garbage almost every time haha

I guess it's because we both develop while coloring... I always try to think that problem is sign of developing. I'm not sure if it's true, but at least it makes me feel better. xD

Just to say something you could have added some higlight touches on the leather more than on the metal to make it look more shiny. But it looks great ^^

You bet! The file was huge and I had to resize it a few times.
It's not meant to be leather but maybe you're right.

Ide senkin sairas, tollasia menee tekemään.
Tossa on kauniit värit ja oot saanu hyvin noi varjostukset ja kaiken o.o Tykkään etenkin pään alueesta, sen kasvot, hiukset, tuo lakki, vyö, kaikki <3 tuola menee ehkä vähä liian vinoon tuo muu maailma tuolta vasemmalta puolelta, mutta ei se haittaa.
Mutta hei, tekisit joskus jotain päiväkuvia. Ois kiva esim sellane jossa se makais nurmikolla tai tämmöstä.
Siis on nämäki hienoja, mutta voisit joskus kokeilla ees sellasta :3

Se maamailma on silleen reunoilta käpristyny sillee jännästi... Se ei oikee onnistunu, blurrasin ihan liikaa eikä siitä saa erkkikää selvää.... D(
