This weapon is based off of both Cabal Legionaries and the Cabal Dust Giants on Mars.

Special Perk- The Siege: Hipfiring this weapon significantly decreases its recoil.

High fire rate, low damage?
Should be low fire rate, but instead, be very stable... and hit hard.

The perk works automatically, so there is basically no recoil while hipfiring.

I think to be more representative of the Cabal, it should be a high impact auto rifle; and since it's an exotic; higher than other AR's. Or, from a performance perspective, give it superb stability as a base stat for aiming, unless the hip-fire perk is instant and gives it 0 recoil, and not gradual with little payoff (like Persistence).
