Basically, it takes a lot of time to create a character model, but once it exists it can be easily reused. So there's a $25 one-time modelling fee per character, and then then that character can be used in images for only $15 each

You can commission an image of one of my characters for only $7 instead of $15, because I like using my characters. You also don't have to pay any additional fee to have them as extras in the image. You can see a gallery of my characters here: www.deviantart.com/chillbat/ga…

The section about comics in the corner has to do with how much it costs to make a comic page based on how many characters are in it and how many panels it has
