Back at it.

What surprises me to this day is how deviated her design actually is from an actual Ribombee. And with this redesign she strays even further to come back at it, again. Heather is one of my most important characters and one that has even gotten fanart, although I have asked for such. She's a bubbly, out-going and short-sighted cute little girl (she's a bit shorter than the standard).
She really enjoys roleplay, videogames (her favorite game is Monster Hunter, which I have never played, so go guess why), and reading is a small hidden passion of hers. On the contrary, she doesn't really like staying up late, angry people make her really upset, and she probably has a bit of a serious distaste against dragons.
To note, despite her love for sweets, any combination of sugar and enough coffee will make her go sugar rushed and very (unintentionally) aggressive while hyperactive.

As for the second phase, it's actually meant as an upgrade or progression of her design, looking more like Ribombee, as well as more prominently showing off her powers. You could also take it as an awakened mode when she's most powerful, like after using Quiver Dance or somehow unlocking the usage of Moonblast.

Cute girl, but now I'll take a small different direction and give my characters the extra mile as fighters! Ribombee is akin to a battle mage class, having powerful special attacks with plenty of range, as well as certain utility, and her greatest prowess is speed, while her weakness is purely physical and stamina.

Move list
Normal moves:
- Fairy Wind: Heather creates a gust of fairy wind that strikes the opponent with certain force. Heather and other Fairy beings can also stir up this wind to quickly move through the whirlwind, as well as flying (even if they usually can't) through it.
- Absorb: Forcefully absorbs energy from the opponent, healing herself using it.
- Covet: Through endearing demeanor, Heather manages to get close then hit the opponent somehow and snatch their held item away.
- Struggle Bug: Heather goes defensive, holding back while still attacking the opponent with swirling waves of green energy, all akin to a provoked bee.

Special moves:
- Dazzling Gleam: Upgrade to Fairy Wind. Heather builds up and concentrates Fairy energy to let out a powerful flash of light which blasts a certain area, being capable of harming more than one enemy.
- Bug Buzz: Upgrade to Struggle Bug. Heather flaps her wings to channel her Bug-type energy, which is then unleashed in the form of powerful vibration tunnel waves. Heather can choose to spread the move in area, weaker but also defensive.
- Draining Kiss: A mix between Fairy Wind and Absorb, sometimes mixed with Covet to create the 'Loving Draining Kiss' move. Heather comes near the opponent and gives it a soft kiss on the cheek, or just blows one heart-shaped projectile, absorbing the opponent's energy rather forcefully. When combined with Covet, Heather follows up with a slap which might or might not snatch the opponent's items.

Super Moves:
- Pollen Puff: Heather's Signature Move. Heather channels her Bug-type energy to amass a sizeable pollen puff, which is then sprinkled on Fairy energy, then throws it like a ball of some sort to either an ally or an opponent, blasting them with either a healing puff or a harmful exploding puff.
- Quiver Dance: Heather does a charming, beautiful dance while flapping her wings smoothly, increasing her overall special power and speed. This will visually spark up a soft yellow aura with small energy scales that will grow stronger if Heather repeats this move.
- Pollen Puff - Spike: Nicknamed the "Volley Puff", it's an stronger variant of Pollen Puff Heather developed, consisting of simply throwing the Pollen Puff up to the air before flying up and slamming it down akin to a Volleyball spike. The puff itself is stronger and the explosion caused is very powerful.
