1. A really big sword that he rarely unsheathes. He mostly uses it as a blind man walking stick.
2. his bionic left eye that can read thoughts but only on direct eye contact. He never uses this though, and so he always ends up just shutting his eyes most of the times.

★ Skills: He's a decent swordsman, and he can throw a really mean rap beat. His left eye can read thoughts on a certain degree (e.g. direct eye contact) but prefers not to use it except in a really serious battle, or if he finds circumstances excusable. It may also not seem like it but he's clever, quick-witted and a good strategist.

★ Personality: Goofy and just pretty much way too happy to be normal. He always attempts to lighten things up, and people would often think this as him being unable to read the atmosphere. He'd try his best to avoid fights and settle things civilized by talking it out, but wouldn't hesitate to pull-out his sword when needed. ((I'm not entirely sure how to group these into pros and cons since they can be both depending on circumstances).

History #1: Cici had a fairly normal life before except that he was born blind. It wasn't until he was about 10 years old when his mother donated her eyes after dying in a failed assassination planned for his father (let's just say his daddy isn't a well-liked person) and after that, his father wouldn't even look at him.

History #2: At a very young age, Cici was involved in an accident (which may or may not be connected to him being a Deus) and had a severe head trauma. He then got into a comatose state, and he stayed like that for years up until his awakening in the Academy.
whatever remarks he mentions about "his time being blind" is just really him being conscious during coma, hearing people around him but unable to see or move.

★ Other:

- He'd always claim that he's blind but he's not. He mostly just goes around with his eyes shut, so yes, technically he's like, blind by choice.

- I drew cool looking shades to create an illusion that he's cool

- No actually, if you ask him why he wears it, his answer would depend on his level of trust on you:

eg. Level 1. "Because I'm rad"

Level 2. "Your bright smile might blind me~"

Level 3. "I don't like direct eye contact."

Level 4. "I hate looking at them."

Level 5. "?????"

- He's an 'underachieving genius'..like, he seems like your average class idiot until you ask him what Republic Act 101375 is and its implications.
- He's actually a Vegetarian...But he's fine with consuming dairy and eggs and seafood. o3o
- Has a thing for renaming objects (e.g. tea=leaf water, dog=domesticated canine, pen=tubular marking contraption)
- His nature as a Justice Arcana makes him feel like he's always the one who has to fix things in a balance. So he tends to take actions by himself, which often results in self-blame, sacrifices, and people disagreeing with his actions.
