In my personal opinion, the face shading needs to be a little darker, everything seems so well balanced and then there's this big, white face.

I really like the hair... but I think that the skin is a little weird...
I couldn't do better, but if you want some tips, maybe you should try to make the skin a little bit soft, cose parts like eyes are disappearing... watch out with the lights on the neck too and maybe you could try to use a little bit more warm tones for the shadows (on the nose for exemple...)
