One of the first cartoons I ever watched as a kid. Even after I forgot their names, I could still remember the characters and their spaceship. Having recently rediscovered them, watching those episodes has been a thrill for me!

You ain't lying. I bought some of the DVD's, and even as a adult they are pretty decent. Of course not the same magic as when I was a kid. When kids we played G force, our big tree in the back was the Phoenix. I wanna go back and do it all over.

Our favorite (or at least most notorious) game was to shoot an arrow straight up and then run from it - always wondering who was going to be skewered and sent to the hospital. Luckily no one was - strange kids - amazing we lasted this long.

Ha ha...what was I watching where they were doing this...umm....Garden State? You might get a kick out of that it is exactly what you are describing only it's two guys and a girl and they are lighting the arrows on fire.

It's funny, I'm not a fan of anime now, but I sure lurved that show back then! What was the bad guy's name? Zoltar?

Yes I bought alot of those dvd's too...I loved them as a kid I use to dress up like Mark and leap from the backyard tree...and I made my dog 7zark7....poor guy heh.I will never forget rushing home to watch them every afternoon....good stuff and suprisingly it holds up pretty well after all these years.

Hmm...I do not remember that one,but that doesnt mean it isn't it.I saw the americanized version which added a little robot and dog to cash in on the Star Wars craze (they are in my drawing)..The show was on in the 70's,then they made more in the 80's/90's in Japan and called it Gatchaman....and I only saw a few of those...and was suprised to see nudity and violence,not the same old innocent show anymore.
