I might have drawn the hands bigger, then again I'm prone to drawing hands too big

Shows once again how quick sketches can be extremely powerful... works wonderful on the hair. And, es mentioned, on the eye(s). Great work.

Thank you! Yes the Hands look a bit small because I chose not to add a highlight to contour some of the edges, they and the forearms are a bit bigger in the sketch but not much bigger to be honest. The photo I refd had some tiny hands as well... or maybe she had a big head? Haha Thanks again!
