This is seriously beautiful. I keep watching all the amazing digital art around and feeling like I'd love to try it too - only to lose hope knowing it would be a HUGE task to learn from scraps. I'm very impressed with you!

You know your art better than me, but an interesting realism adding thing is a really dark/pretty much black nostrils and edge between the lips. I think your eyes could benefit from a brighter lighting and darker shading under the upper eyelid.
AN then the last that I hope I'll explain well: next to the eyes inner/towards nose side there's a fairly bright spot where the upper and lower eyelid kinda combine. Yes, there's subtle make-up here, but it doesn't hurt to accentuate that spot a bit more with a lighter version of the makeup color. Actually you could use some more lighting on your nose and lips as well I just dunno where to place it though.
