The icons on the left are avedesk, and the music thingy is indeed CDArt display. with the little bands near it being a super duper minimalist winamp skin

Yup look here on deviantart, its a public skin! and what i like is theres no rollover messages, controls, etc. so its perfect for a CDArt display user. Also, using winamps scaling settings, ive now made it smaller (after screenshot).
