No worries here. In this storyline, the shape changer girls only have the issue of running out of space in the room. They have a power that allows them to move matter in their bodies to different parts, regardless of how much they put in. They also quickly convert the excess mass into energy so she'll be back to normal in a week or so, if she so chooses.
