Is this only for full body poses or do you go into closer details on certain parts like shoulders, hips and hands? I used to use your Drawing Cutting Edge Comics book for reference, but it was literally falling apart and I've misplaced it recently when moving house too 
I don't use books as often these days, but I've always found your stuff the easiest to understand whenever I get stuck
