OK so I googled that because I'm an idiot and am not familiar. I can't believe I've never read that, it sounds brilliant and I'm going to read it asap. Thanks for the awesome compliment, even though I haven't read it I see what you mean (even a red smock being discarded!). So thanks for the tip!

Oh you should read it! I actually just finished reading it for the first time about a month (maybe two) ago. its pretty good - and it was funny because I felt the same way - everyone seemed to have heard of it and read it and I had never heard of it.... Margaret Atwood was on NPR in the fall and she spoke about it a bit - so I read it.
