I was glad to get this request and see how a Darkness would look. I think I'd drawn him once or twice ages ago and that was it, but thought he'd be a good fit with my style.Prismacolor cool greys with white water color paint and white color pencil on vellum bristol board.

Very nice! The right hand is spectacular, and the overall pose and composition is stellar. Feels like a little texture is missing on the actual figure, as the Darkness always seems to have so much "stuff" going on in the books. On the other hand, the clean torso/legs enhance the crittery bits. Speaking of which, those critters you've put in are awesome awesome awesome. Love that flying guy!
