This is Nemo again... finally textured. sigh* I wish I had mor time to spend on her. Nemo is the youngest of the three. There are 2 other characters who i think will end up being her aunt and grandmother... i didnt ant to go with the whole charmed thing... i thought it would be more interesting to go with a maiden, mother, crone aspect.Nemo is the gemini of the group. She is skilled with logical straightforward or michanical magick. She like to explore and to have a semi normal apearance to the outside world. I hve to finish this project for this class but i think im going to make her some more pockets and fix the texture on her body and legs. I think the head turned out ok though. I need to fix the eyes in the next model i make. Hopefully i can do a little of that over break. This is my second fully modeled caracter, the one from a few quarters ago is here [link] is really blows oh and here [link] WOW really bad. anyway... i think this is a much better trck... i think i can tweek this one and then use the basic head geometry for the other two. no off to find the witch's laboratory... i need to make more objects for that also.
please tell me what you think of her.... good and bad... suggestions.... whatnot

Hey Liz! She looks pretty good. My only complaints are the bottom lip and the "muzzle" area I was talking about before. The crease under her cheaks is too deep (by crease, think of the deep wrinkes along an old person's mouth, that area). I think you need to blow that area out a little. Then, the bottom lip is too wide at the edges like someone else said. Finally, her eyes are a little pinched, unless she's supposed to have very narrow eyes that is. The hat looks SO great! Good job!! I gotta go. I miss you!!!

Yes I'd have to agree that the hat and goggles are superb! I love the rough texture on the hat, and the little patch is cute! Your clothes look nice as well! The texture on the hair looks like it ought to curve with the spiral on the bottom of the braids, but otherwise it looks cool. Nemo looks good in dark colors, I like her fashion sense!

only things i'd say need improved are they eyes (very stretched to the sides... unless you wanted it like that), the bottom lip's outter corners are out too much, and the nose is very up and down from tip to between the eyes (between the eyes should be narrower. thats all i'd fix. i think the texures are fantastic tho.

thanks! I think your right about the eyes... im gonna try to clean this model up after this class is over... i think ive got a decant start too. I say your model over your sholder the other day... with the long hair? it looked pretty good from what i saw

thanks. i like the lipsync i've done but i'm not satisfied with the modeling all that much. and the body's skin envelopes still need worked out.... arg.... but the lipsync is good. hoorah for that

the hat and goggles are my favorite part. The hat deserves muuuch love. Looks like you are still having trouble modeling faces though. I fear doing it myself. I guess it'll just take a whole lot of practice

ya i really like how those turned out
im gonna try to clean this up still.... just not for this class. initial modeling sucks... i think the more you do it though the better you get
