I've heard of Voltron and watched only a part of one episode. What is the series about, anyway...?

it is a show about 5 giant robot lions of different colours (black, red, green, blue, yellow) that combine into an even larger robot called voltron. voltron is the defenders of the universe, they fight the galra, the main antagonist of the series. the galra is basically like space nazis to put it simply. There's a lot more that goes down but that's the main idea behind the general plot. There are 6 main characters, shiro, lance, keith, hunk, pidge, and allura. they each pilot a voltron lion but there's story behind that so I won't go into detail. it's an enjoyable show despite its toxic fanbase and declining qualit. it's still a good show if you're into mechas and relatable characters. give it a go if you're bored one day, but don't worry if you don't like it, it's not for everyone
