Does Tapas animate comics on the app? I'm also making a motion graphic novel right now! I like the colors in this. It's beautiful!

I animate each panel in Photoshop and export it as GIF-files. Tapastic supports the format, Webtoons doesn't (not for un-featured comic creators there). Good luck!! I would love to see your motion comic if you have a link or WIP somewhere

Oh okay. I never saw gifs animated on the Tapas app, only online. I hope it works for me. I use Manga Studio EX for my animations. Photoshop seems so much more convenient though ๐ฃ.
Ah I only have screen capture processes for my novel rn (+5 years worth of scripts and concepts ๐

It's a bit terrifying isn't it, having 5+ years of your future planned, hehe.ย (And yeah, I have been considering Clip studio for drawing but I'm so used to PS that I feel it's useless for the time being to switch. As long as you can do what you want to do with your tools, just do it. So Manga Studio EX ought to be just as convenient as anything for simple animations ^^)

Actually I find scripting ahead comforting, especially since I study history's most timeless and popular stories in school. It's a very intricate and well-thought out story, this one. One of the ones where the end leads to the beginning so I want there to be a lot of connections in history and background between the characters and settings. Not to mention all the environment concepts and world building. It's a three-part saga. That's why I call it a graphic novel instead of a comic because the end is very much in sight.ย
I do want to try a weekly to weekly comic style because it's good for demanding creativity. I feel that you can often tell when a writer is just pulling things out of their ass at the last minute though. Ones that are comedic types are usually the ones that work best with that sort of production. That's why my test comic that I'm using to develop a consistent drawing style is going to be more humorous. These are some concepts for it:
