New year, new me! ...sort of. I've wanted to "officially" replace CJ as my ponysona for a couple of years now (only because she's grown into her own character by this point, whom I still love very dearly), and I've had this tentative design hanging around for a couple of months. I thought it was time to finally give this gal her debut!

May I present: Cryptic Cryptid! Or Lotus Night, as she's often called when transformed. She's a maned changeling with a lotus flower tucked behind her ear. :> I based her off of the name the My Little Pony mobile app gave me, which I absolutely fell in love with! True to her name, this bugaboo is a very tough read; she's outwardly reserved and expresses very little. When in public, she tends to transform into other creatures and mirror the personality of the individual she's speaking to in order to "fit in," so few outside of her close group of friends know what she's truly like. When with these friends, however, she almost seems like an entirely different pony, laughing and snarking away and rambling about her interests. They're the only ones who can get her to truly smile.

Lotus (or Cryptic) uses she/her and they/them pronouns!
