At last! After so much toil, he's finally finished. And for once, I'm actually pretty proud of the background, primarily because I did it entirely without reference (INTERNET WAS DOWN ;_ I wasn't sure how to make it look like he was in front of a fire (or some sort of light)...so I'm hope I accomplished that.

A3 sketchpaper (fine grain - heavy weight), HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B, 9B pencils (pure graphite). Edited lighting and contrast, etc, in PSCS5
