Been binging the classic Metroid games (and AM2R) and i just had to draw something, such amazing games. samus is my waifu now, no homoThis art would be an AU. I like to think about what if Samus kept the baby Metroid to herself and somehow it managed to grow into an Omega under her care. Just imagine how cool it'd be, Samus getting rid of those space pirates along with one of the most terrifying creatures of the galaxy at her side.
Wasnt planning this to be black and white btw, but it turned out to be a fun light/shade exercise. Maybe I'll color it someday.

could almost see this as a result of if the baby had survived the end of super metroid and it became her companion in later games.
