Description
Decided to go ahead and do another month for the 2017 calendar, and I'm challenging myself with more complex/detailed backgrounds. I'm rather happy how this turned out. I'm running out of time working on it and I have to start finishing them up before the end of October.It might be a little hard to see who this is, but it is indeed Lykseth. The brown potato hasn't had much art in a very long time so he kind of deserved it too.. I feel sorry for him what I do with him in the series, but won't say much else than he didn't really deserve what happens to him... Sort of.
Anyway, I hope you like it! Next month is September!

wow that's really pretty, I really like that the darkest part is on the right and the lightest on the left. It also gives a nice atmosphere and scene when the character partly stands in the dark x)

And no just the regular brushes for the most part with different blurring, then brushes for small details and for the splashes.

I asked an artist oncenn on how she made the water..
She told me , she used a photo of her own and put it in PS...
And used some brushes...as well...
So " cheating " kinda xD

I was just curious if you had done somewhat the same.
But I guess you drew it all..that's really amazing 0.o
