I think its unnesisary to be honest I strongly hate windows 8 I never use those stupid "apps" and stuff I never use them, they take place and are mostly in the way. :/ please Microsoft can you make it optional so those (like me) that does not like it can choose to have it or not -_-

It is optional. You don't need to launch Start Screen at all in 8.1. Disable it by using Classic Shell or those "bring back start button" programs.

Well I tried to update to 8.1 but my computer won't let me so I'm stuck on 8 -_-

All I can say is 8.1 > 8. You still have access to Start Screen but you can boot directly to desktop and modern tiles are accessible through taskbar. You can disable charms bar and, well, customize it a bit more to your liking. Also, fast boot is working better on 8.1 (at least for me). My PC is starting in 10 seconds (21 on Win7 - SSD). It also handles mutli-core CPUs better (which is neat if you have quad, hex or even octo-core CPU like me).
If it doesn't let you update, here's a quick solution. Press Win button and start typing "troubleshooter", then select Windows Update Troubleshooter. It will resolve any issue connected to WUpd (like blocked updates or update loops).
People are focusing too much on the new interface (which can be easily replaced/disabled) instead of looking on what's under the hood
If Modern was introduced on Mac/Linux, people would constantly brag how beautiful it is.

Exactly.. but I think the guy dont want Full Screen Start and Classic Start menu with Modern Apps.
In the worst case also he can clean tiles from the Classic Start Menu.

En Windows 9 podemos tener lo que sería casi las mismas características de Windows 7, solo que con una skin de Windows 8, o algo parecido.

Windows 9 va a avanzar aun más que Windows 8.
Pero si, esta retrocediendo a las características de Win7 manteniendo y evolucionando la interfaz de Win8. Aunque para mi Win8 fue una estrategia a propósito para luego lanzar Win9 y que sea aceptado.
Por lo tanto, no creo que Windows 10 sea malo. Pero si hacen un cambio brusco sabremos que hay que esperar el 11. Así es la evolución.
Lo importante es que Windows 9 va a ser mejor que xp y 7, sin dudas, pero hubo que esperar 6 años.

Eso es seguro. En el caso de Windows 8 cuando se filtraron imágenes se veía aún cosas de Windows 7. Y las filtraciones son a propósito para ir calentando motores.
Va a cambiar aún desde la Technical Preview a la RTM final. Más allá de que lo que más me guste sea la interfaz visual, que es un echo. Quisiera que Win9 tenga mejoras no sólo en la carcasa. Porque la Modern UI y su fracaso taparon las mejores de Win8 a Win7. Espero que aún sigan mejorando el uso de recursos del sistema, haciéndolo más rápido, mejorando el encendido, la conectividad etc.

Si, llevo usando Windows 7 desde hace 2 años. Y en eso tienes razón, el encendido así como la suspendida, la hibernación y el apagado son muy lentos, tanto como para ordenadores de escritorio como para portátiles. Windows 8 corrigió hizo que fueran un poco más rápidos, no del todo pero si hubo unas cuantas mejoras.
