I really needed to lay off the sugar in my drawings (just for a bit).I also wanted to see these two dueling in rage for sometime now.
Volodya (Dragon-Lady-NFLD ) and Assam (Cherri-Crimzon ) solving an issue with each other, like noble gentlecolts do.
Did Volodya make a naughty move on Alba, is it business related or are they settling personal score? You guys can decide.

So, I was looking at this picture while listening to "Hell to Your Doorstep" from the MLP video by Ink Potts. It seemed to fit, the rage, the passion from the singer is just perfect.
It's great to see you branching out with emotions, even if we love the sweet ones, this is fantastic! I love the mixture of sharp lines, and the blurred outlines to give it a sense of... I suppose wind and air? It's really quite wonderful.

True, true, the sweet ones are somehow my forte, but every once in a while I get the urge to draw something a tad less sweet...I'm glad I get such wonderful response :3

If you ever want some less sweet art I'm sure you can find willing participants! I have a unicorn OC I did before I decided that pegasus was more my style, but the unicorns back story could be useful for some interesting darker work!
All I can say is keep at it! I love opening my DA notices and seeing something up from you!

Bardzo mi się podoba. Batpony są słodkie... Nawet z tymi ząbkami C: A jak już przy ząbkach jestem to powiem szczerze, że przez te szczerzące kły pyszczki w ogóle nie widze to znaczy... Ech... Nie tak XD Po prostu chodzi mi o to, że masz bardzo charakterystyczny styl rysowania pyszczków, a te... No nie poznałabym, że to ty rysowałaś hehe.

I think ... sorry, forgot his name. But I think the blonde dude is protecting Alba. He seemed enough of a gentlemen to me to only use this sort of ferocity when necessary, and defending her would definitely count as necessary.

It's such a fierce and awesome fight scene, with a real sense of danger as they go after each other. Great vicious expressions and the mid-air poses are quite powerful, getting across both the dynamics of their action and the strength these two possess. Really moving and beautiful work.

However, Volodya also has feelings for Alba, though they are unrequited
This causes a lot of tension between Volodya and Assam, so I'd imagine this scene occurred when "Volodya make a naughty move on Alba"
Though this probably wasn't his first "offense" and is probably also the breaking point between the two from all that built up anger and hatred xD

Lovely drawing heh ) Welp.....as much as I know guys....and I got my fair share of them......those grimaces we wear when things get really personal.....or when the impersonal stuff has really high stakes.....
What, did they both miss-fired their bullets from their 18th century one shot dueling pistols, and things got rough
Anyhow, as much as I ponder and laugh, this is a well drawn out scene, keep it up 
All that is missed is showing what/who are they fighting for somewhere

This is absolutely amazing! I love the hatred you can see between the two in this piece!
The lighting and background really makes it look like a fierce battle is ensuing! Neither look like they are gonna give up so I imagine this fight will go on for awhile!
And the reason for the right could be any of those things! What do you think Dragon-Lady-NFLD ?
