I recently traveled to Southern Africa and I was always surprised to see the locals wearing woolen hats, no matter how hot it was! Your photo bought back very fond memories, well captured!

I think the striking lighting in this pic demands some solid contrasting teeth/lips with in the bottom. Some more textures would have been great.
