Tools used:
-Inkscape [open source vector program]
-Pencil Tool
-Circle Tool
-Rectangle Tool
-Opacity (well, not really a tool but I used it alot...)
Tip: I did not use any gradient or blur tools. This is saved in a png format [so any blurs wouldn't come up anyways, but gradients would. Again though, I didn't use either].
Queen Rutela and everything Legend of Zelda belongs to Nintendo and their makers.
