Description
This one took me forever. It has Kanto, Johto, Orange Islands, Sevii Islands, Fiorre, Almia, Oblivia, Hoenn, Orre, Sinnoh, Unova, and my Fantasy Island to the far East. It includes anime and film exclusive locations from the large promotional poster Nintendo released a while back.Kanto Johto Hoenn Sevii and Orre are modified versions of the ones I found on Bulbapedia. The original shape of Japan I modified from a Serebii map. Sinnoh I made from the official in game map, Orange Islands I found here I think, possibly originally done by someone named RBYGSCRSFRLG. Almia, Fiorre, and Oblivia I made from scratch, Unova too, as you well know.
This is the big map I've been working on for so long. I hope you enjoy.
Update 07-14: I added my Kalos map because yous guys were askin for it. And I updated with the updated Kalos.
Update 10-7-14 The updated Unova map has arrived.

altho this is cool. but the orre region should be elsewhere south of unova. i mean in mine i havent moved it, but i plan to.

Orre is in Arizona, you should give it its own isolated place on the map like Unova... Still, this is one of the best Pokemon world maps I've seen!

I don't think it could be in Arizona because there are only sparse Hoenn and Johto Pokemon roaming it, not Unova Pokemon, which is based on America.

Gamefreak stated that Orre was based on the area around Phoenix Arizona.

I might eventually make an American Continent where Unova is some miles away from Arizona/Orre.

Almia is Southwest of Sinnoh and Fiore is West of Johto.
