Spoon cookies (gluten free) with dark chocolate coated raspberries which i later served with crushed raspberry and yogurt dip as an after lunch treat for the kids.My friend recently came back from her annual visit to Japan, this year she bought me the cutest little spoon and fork cutters! She has already tried out her set she bought for herself so decided i would use the same recipe from the BBC [link] as hers turned out great.

TIP: If you have lots of leftover cookie dough, you can freeze it for another day.

glad to hear it, so many think once you are gluten free it means never having fun with food again! A lot of what I make nowadays is gluten free, the only things that are not are gifts for other people that I won;t be eating.
