I think this is quite beautiful! I'm a big fan of quadratic photos, and putting them like this - sepia and b/w - it's cool!

i love the contrast between these two colours, also it looks like your dearest twins is kind of looking at you, which adds a sweet touch good job!

Thank you! I was just experimenting with colours and shades and black and white with sepia seemed a nice look to me.
And I didn't notice the looking at me thing, but now you say it, I can. There's a lot I seem to do subconsciously and its only when others say about it I realise what I have done!

We all have amazingness within, but we show it in different ways which mean different things to different people. Everything has a beauty, a brilliance.

Really? Thats such a great shame that more people don't realise that. For example, I want to do more photography without make up, so show the beauty that can be radiated by a personality.

thats a great idea! I dont wear makeup because i dont genuinely think that its necessary. maybe for like a big day or something i will, but most people dont realise is that there is such thing as natural beauty, if you look in the right places
and by me not thinking its necessary, i dont mean that i think im beautiful, because i am definitely NOT, but everyone has a beautiful part to them

Oh yes, natural beauty is something I really want to work on capturing.
Actually, anyone can wear make up, use a lamp and nice clothes and look good. If I can train my 'eye', I can find and capture spontaneous natural beauty. I need to stop posing, too.

posing i guess is a habit to you now, but i guess if you can get someone to photograph you without you knowing. or i guess you could go around photographing people you know if they dont mind, but without them posing.
i think you see natural beauty best when a person is showing true emotions, as in laughing, smiling, maybe even crying. to me these emotions show beauty and tell a story.

yes, I need to get someone else to photograph me, most of the most beautiful photos I have of people is when they are unaware of me capturing them.
I completely agree. Natural beauty is the honest radiance of personality and feeling, and trying to create it artificially with make up and lighting and what not does not work. That can create art, most certainly, but not natural beauty.

yes, maybe your friend...Lozzy? could take photos of you. beauty and art are totally different in my opinion.

Really? Well in mine, art is about capturing beauty, regardless of its obvious form. There is a beauty in everything. Yes, even ugliness has a beauty, be it architecurally or facially! lol

i think art is capturing moments, whereas beauty is something you seek to see and find, does that make sense?

It does. I just happen to disagree with it. Anyone can capture a moment. But it requires something special to capture the beauty of a moment. To capture that flicker of amazement in a child's eyes, or the shape of a splashing puddle.

but i see art as someone framing their view on a topic, if you see what i mean

I do see what you mean. I just disagree. My attitude is that I like to think I capture the beaty of a moment. And I think other artists try to capture the beauty of a moment or idea.

i see it as an artist tries to capture a beautiful moment, but tehy resemble it in their own way, so it isnt really beauty to all viewers. ive confused myself now XD
