This one I had drawn almost a week ago, but for one reason or another I hadn't gotten to upload it yet...I got a mean fever today, so it's a good time as any to see it here in lieu of feeling well enough to draw something new.

Shoutout to good man , who witnessed the drawing that totally didn't intend to resemble anyone that ever lived , and saw it fit to give me tips and a link to this tutorial . What a great tutorial it is, very much recommended. Thanks, NPA!

So far I've been doing my drawings by staring at a image of reference, then trying to get it done as closely as can be in the paper. No tracing! But lots of staring at the image in question. Which, taking my time, has produced better drawings than the past. But! This tutorial is the first time in a while I really feel like I have a stone cold set of basic tools to draw from absolutely zero. Sketching the circle, dividing it in four, half a circle below for the rest of the face; it really feels good to have something more grounded to start drawings off.

The tutorial covers babies, teens and adults; for now I leave ya with a couple of my babies. I'll soon share the paternal pain of seeing them grow too fast, I can tell...
