I wanted to make a bunch of bookmarks out of index cards, so I have been! Well, I've made one so far, which is this. I plan on laminating it eventually, but since I use lamination pouches I'm going to have to make a bunch more before I commit to using an entire pouch.

Anyways, I love Holly Short. I'm pretty upset about the actor they chose for her in the upcoming movie, because the actor looks... nothing like her. Way too white, young, and dark-haired?? I realize that we can't always have an actor that looks just like the character, but it feels like they didn't even try for the Artemis Fowl movie. Commander Root is going to be a woman for crying out loud, which totally defeats the whole "Holly is the first female recon officer ever" thing. Now she's... Not?? Because Root is a woman?? I'm so confused about the decisions that Disney is making, honestly. Holly is white for some reason, but now Butler isn't. Commander Root is a woman, making Holly just some random female officer(?), and Butler has a bow in the teaser trailer rather than his trademark gun...? Hopefully the movie is still okay.
