Guess who last motivation halfway through this? *Points at self* THIS GI--WELL. The day I got my copics, I was extremely excited, as you can imagine... As you know, actually. I was like: "Ohh noo, I won't waste their ink! I'll be mature, and find a good YouTube video that'll teach me how to blend them and all that neat artisty-diddly-doo stuffs and whositswhats before I even bother trying."
Needless to say, I didn't wait for that (my internet wasn't allowing YouTube videos to load at the time), so I grabbed a couple Copics and... And... And they didn't look so great...
...And I realized that I don't know how to use copics.
Then today I finally looked up some YT videos, and listened/watched them while drawing. The artists in the videos put me to shame... Blending is harder than I thought it would be.
"For beginners, everything you need to know! It's soooo easy, and soooo fun and allll you have to do is--"
Me: "DO I SWIRL OR DO SHORT STROKES BECAUSE YOU SEEM TO BE DOING BOTH?! I DON'T KNOW? HOW DO I COPICS?"
On the upside--Copics are EXTREMELY fun to shade with! I just don't know how to use them very well. At all.

Yeah starting to learn to use copies is hard but once you get used to them it just becomes second nature (if that makes any sense)

Was I the only one who kept forgetting to use my tablet pen. I would put the tablet pen down to go do something, then start drawing with the mouse. I wouldn't even realize it. x'D

Yeah, same. xD My digital art was so bad though, there was no difference between me drawing with my mouse and me drawing with my pen.
