I AM SO EXCITED TO BATTLE WITH THESE GUYS OVER ON ART FIGHT! Kevin/Eugene are some of my favorite characters, and it was about time the poor dude (mostly Kevin, poor baby) got an updated reference. Clothing wise, not a lot has changed honestly. Personality wise... EH? The last ref was this crusty thing ( www.deviantart.com/clockwork-j… ) fresh from the bowels of 2017. Not everything on that old ref still applies. Thanks to the role-plays between Sunstreak2000 and I, he's developed a lot more! Speaking of which--his girlfriend, Hannah, is owned by her! I don't think she has a proper ref, but Hannah is Sunstreak's character. He also has a roommate/best friend named Terrance that belongs to her!

Eugene doesn't get a middle or last name because he's really adamant that he's his own person.
