I'm visiting my dad and brother at my old home for the weekend, so I utilised the wifi to upload this.

This here is my new swapping persona/OC, Bubbles. She's a genie who, despite being thousands of years old, essentially acts like a child. Along with the standard genie abilities of wish granting (now granting whatever she feels like, including her own wishes, thanks to her escaping her confinement), she can also turn into water, as a result of her being a genie in a bottle rather than a lamp. She escaped once, thanks to a kind master using his final wish to set her free, but eventually someone got fed up with her antics, and managed to seal her away again. She's now been freed again in the modern era, although rather than being wished free, the bottle she was stuck inside was accidentally broken. Since no one holds the bottle, she technically has no master and can do as she wishes, but due to not having her freedom wished for, the cuffs on her wrists marking her confinement remain, something she cannot remove herself.

It was more difficult than I anticipated designing a brand new character from the ground up without it completely clear in my head what she should look like, especially since I only thought her up the morning before drawing her. I think she turned out alright, despite my inexperience drawing characters with slightly more curvy bodies. I'll probably need to make a slightly simplified version of her design (mostly just dealing with smaller details) since I'll probably be drawing her a lot more frequently than I do The Mixer, simply due to the way I want to present her swaps. I've actually done a comic in practice/preparation for Bubbles' big debut on the swapping scene, but that obviously hasn't been photoshopped yet, as it's not ready to upload. In fact, this is the only thing ready to upload tonight. While I've definitely had time for drawing, that's sorta been eating up the time I had to photoshop me preexisting drawings. Don't worry though, they're coming. Eventually. For now, just enjoy this little genie who's happiest when she's causing a bit of mischief.
