Because in the group Terms of Service (which you’re supposed to read before participating in anything like adopt sales or events) it states that your account has to be 5 months old to buy/trade Chimereons. If you can note the Chimereons group with your old account to prove that it’s you and that the old account is 5 months or older, you can participate in these.
However this is obviously an off-brand Chimereon and you should know if you read the T.O.S. that the only official Chimereon adopts are posted to the official group and made ONLY by ground-lion and approved guest artists.
