first off, i REALLY LOVE the colors! they clash so nicely! and the characters face expression is very cute! your style is very nice!

the first problem i see, however, is how you shaded with black. its off-putting and it distracts me from the colors. i suggest shading with a deep purple or pink, for art like this.

another is how the eye seems to have completely disappeared under the character’s hair! unless it’s intentional, the only thing i suggest is add a little hint of an eye under the hair.

here’s a small list of things that you’ve done nicely, but can improve to add an extra oomph to your drawing:

-I like the pose, but to make it a bit more you should exaggerate it to make it even a bit more powerful.

-although the face is cute, it seems to lack a bit of expression and it doesn’t seem to match the pose. adding a short horizontal line to the corner of the mouth and making the bottom eyelid move up a bit can do so much!
